Can I change my online ticket(s)?

If you purchased your tickets through the official website , it is possible to change your tickets to another available date and/or time within the same performance.

  • You can change your tickets via the link in your confirmation email. Note: You can change your tickets multiple times, but only if you do so before your booked time slot.

  • Need help? Contact ticket support:

  • Did you purchase tickets through an external ticketing partner (e.g., GetYourGuide, NS, or Combitiq)? Please contact the provider's customer service via their website.

Can I cancel my online ticket(s)?

Tickets are non-refundable. You can, however, transfer your tickets to another available date and/or time within the same performance.

Please note: you can change tickets multiple times, as long as you do this before your booked time slot and if your tickets have been ordered via the official website .

I will arrive earlier/later than my reserved start time, is that possible?

Your ticket is only valid on the day and time you choose. You can arrive up to half an hour after your time slot. Please note: this does not apply to the last time slot of a performance, or if there is only one time slot available for a performance.

  • You can change your time slot to another available time (earlier or later) for the same performance. You can change your tickets via the link in your confirmation email. Please note: changing your ticket(s) is only possible any time before your booked time slot and if your tickets were ordered through the official website .

When can I attend a performance with my pupils/students?

School visits are possible Monday through Friday between 9:45 AM and 5:00 PM. You can book a school visit yourself via the website. There you'll also find more information about prices and available dates and time slots for each performance.
