Can I change my online tickets?

Tickets purchased through the official website can be changed at any time before your visit. You can change your tickets yourself via the link below.

Did you purchase tickets through an external ticketing partner like GetYourGuide? You can't change your tickets using this link. Contact the provider's customer service via their website for more information.

When can I attend a performance with my pupils/students?

School visits are possible Monday through Friday between 9:45 AM and 5:00 PM. You can book a school visit yourself via the website. There you'll also find more information about prices and available dates and time slots for each performance.

How does the NS combi ticket work?

If you have purchased a combination ticket NS Day Return + Fabrique des Lumières , you do not need to reserve a time slot at Fabrique des Lumières.

  • The ticket you receive from NS by email can be scanned once on a date and time of your choice.
  • Before your visit, please check the opening hours of the performances you wish to attend on the website .
  • Please bring your train ticket(s) and entrance ticket(s) to Fabrique des Lumières.

Can I cancel my online ticket(s)?

Tickets are non-refundable. You can, however, change your visit date or start time to another available time.
