Terms & Conditions
• Valid 2 years from date of purchase.
• Can only be used for one visit to an exhibition of your choice.
• You can choose the most applicable rate(s) for the gift receiver: adult or youth.
• You can gift multiple tickets in gift card. Please note that you will need to place multiple orders if your gift cards are intended for different households.
• You will receive the gift card in the form of a PDF document, with a gift card number and instructions. The recipient must redeem the tickets online, selecting a visit date and time slot.

How do I order an online gift card?
1. You can order a digital gift card via our online ticketing website, here.
2. Select the number of tickets you would like to gift, and the applicable rate(s).
3. Click on the 'Next Step' button.
4. In the next step, tick the 'I would like to give the ticket(s) as a gift' box.
5. Proceed to finalise your order.
6. You will receive a gift voucher pdf by e-mail.
For Businesses
Want to treat your company, business relations or clientele to a special experience? Look no further! You can bulk purchase physical gift cards or online discount codes by sending an e-mail to groepen@fabrique-lumieres.com.
